Eligibility Conditions

We care about your satisfaction! Please read conditions below. 

  • Monogrammed or custom items cannot be returned.
  • All returned items must be in new condition.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Items that meet our eligibility conditions for returns (i.e. products that aren't monogrammed) can be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Please email us at ellen@maddiemerriweather.com to let us know you would like to return a product. Returns should be sent to:

We cannot provide free returns shipping at this time. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping fees. Returns are subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

Exchanges

Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders for custom or monogrammed products cannot be cancelled once the order is sent into production.
