Maddie Merriweather was founded by Ellen, Margaret and Hadley B. from Winston-Salem, NC. Our goal is to help women discover ways to celebrate life, express joy and gratitude, and get unstuck.

SHIPPING
We offer ground shipping via the USPS and UPS and rates are determined by Shopify. Monogrammed/personalized orders generally take 14 days and then we will send you your shipping information. Items that are not personalized will go out within 48 hours and if there's a delay, we will inform you immediately. Once you receive your tracking information, please be on the lookout for your order. Also - during COVID-19, please make sure the address you're shipping to is open and can receive packages. If you have any questions, please just let us know!

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Important: please note monogrammed items cannot be returned so please take a moment to make sure your monogramming/personalization information is correct. Also - check your proofs very carefully before approving them. This includes stationery, gift tags, monogrammed linens, monogrammed towels, Bogg Bags and all other items that are personalized. Once you have approved a stationery proof, changes can no longer be made.

Gifts and other items that are not personalized can be returned within 14-days for store credit. Please email ellen@maddiemerriweather.com to let us know you have a return. We regret we cannot pay for return shipping.

We want you to be happy with your items from Maddie Merriweather. During COVID-19 we are experiencing some delays with our vendors and some supply chain issues. Please know we are going to do our best to get orders filled within the timeframe stated on the ordering page. Thanks so much!
